Hi! I’m Moshe. I’m a Chassidishe Strength & Conditioning Coach based in South London, where I run an injury clinic and gym.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning at Middlesex University, my passion for movement and rehabilitation led me to become a qualified manual therapist, while my martial arts background (Judo and BJJ brown belt) informs my dynamic approach to training.
