Frequently Asked Questions
How often do I need to exercise?
If you have never exercised, of if you haven’t exercised for the past year, aim for 2 sessions a week.
All programs offer progressions, regressions and adaptations to suit your fitness level.
How does the remote session work?
In the Weekly Mobility Program, you just need to follow along. You will receive an invitation for a live session on Zoom. The session will be recorded and shared with the members of the group, so you can plan your training around your schedule.
On the 1-ON-1 Training Programs, we meet for a live and exclusive recorded session. You will receive a dedicated replay link, so you can plan your training around your schedule.
Do I need equipment?
Members of the Weekly Mobility Program only exercise mats and comfortable clothing.
Members of the 1-ON-1 Training Programs will need some equipment – although minimal.
Weight training, in particular dumbbells and kettlebells, amplify your results – not to mention that they’re fun to work with!

A side note on bodyweight exercises: they are great for overall quality of life and longevity, and I always make sure to include bodyweight exercises in my 1:1 programs.
And although the Group and On-demand programs have completely different objectives, both are entirely based on bodyweight exercises.
Do I need to change my nutrition?
It depends.
Most people would benefit from a simple change in the ratio of the macronutrients – favouring protein over carbohydrate and fat. This, paired with resistance training, will greatly improve your body composition and overall disposition.
If your main goal is to lose body fat, on top of the ratio change mentioned above, it will be necessary to look into a small deficit in your daily calories (see next question).
Both principles, macronutrient ratio and calorie deficit, work on vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.
Will I lose body fat?
You may, as long as you are consistent with your nutrition and training.

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes.
All Programs programs have unlimited email support.
Members of the 1-ON-1 have also dedicated WhatsApp support.
