Onboarding
I will send you a printable with nutrition and hydration guidelines, rest and recovery recommendations, and the pillars of mobility training.
We will then discuss your fitness and health history, as well as establish training goals.
Live Sessions
You will have access to one live class a week.
Sessions are stimulating, friendly and fun, and your Coach will cue where you can challenge yourself as your fitness progresses.
If you couldn’t attend the live session, a link with the replay on demand will be sent to you on the same day.
👉 An exercise mat is recommended.
Frum Fitness
There will be tznius and privacy during the entire session. From clothing, to speech, to environment.
You may wear comfortable clothes as you wish.
Pro tip: open earphones will allow you to listen to your favourite playlist comfortably and still hear your Coach’s instructions. You can listen to your favourite music, tehillim, or even a shiur as you exercise!
