Onboarding Call
We will discuss your fitness and health history, as well as establish training goals and equipment.
You will receive a printable with nutrition and hydration guidelines, rest and recovery recommendations, the pillars of strength training, and a summary of the onboarding call.
Live Sessions + On Demand
Sessions are stimulating, friendly and fun, and your Coach will cue where you can challenge yourself as your fitness progresses.
Your sessions will be recorded, and an exclusive link to the video will be sent to you at the end of the session, so you can repeat it according to your program.
If you can’t attend a live session, your coach will record the session and a link with the replay on demand will be sent to you on the same day.
Frum Fitness
There will be tznius and privacy during the entire session. From clothing, to speech, to environment.
You may wear comfortable clothes as you wish.
Pro tip: open earphones will allow you to listen to your favourite playlist comfortably and still hear your Coach’s instructions. You can listen to your favourite music, tehillim, or even a shiur as you exercise!
